Please, ZOS, may you add a special currency (gems, shards etc.) that will drop in the trials or dungeons? This currency can be used for buying gear that may dropped in this trial or dungeon? It will solve the unlucky people problem who can't farm needed gear. Yes, there must be balance in amount of currency and gear cost, but it is real solution!
