WHY ZENIMAX

I have 2 questions. First why is it that every time xbox has this issue: "Purchase and Content Usage" such as "Buying items, redeeming codes, or downloading purchases" and "Buying downloadable items" is "LIMITED", we cannot play ESO.

It clearly says "Social and Gaming, In-game matchmaking, cloud storage, finding friends, Game DVR, leaderboards, avatar editing, or pictures" are NORMAL And it also says "All games are operating normally". So if this is the case why is ESO only affected by this?? I know it may not be a question you can answer but im really curious, and i will be asking Xbox as well.

Now question 2 is CAN YOU PLEASE FIX THE CRASHING IN VMA?! Because now ive been kicked out of my vma run, towards the end of it, and now i will have to start all over with no score, no reward and some wasted time. Because its weird, when something like this happens on xbox, you cant log in, however, if your already logged in you can stay logged in and swap characters and play normally. But when you go to the home screen ( or VMA crashes you to your xbox home screen) you cannot get back in. I hope you guys have a fix for this, but i didnt see any in the patch notes, and to be honest its really worrying me that for another update you guys are going to ignore this.

Dude... Come on please.. If they could fix VMA just like that, don't you think it would have happened?

@Daemons_Bane Well what i honestly think is that they just dont care, because the amount of people running it on a regular basis is not that high compared to everyone in the game, and not everyone running it is experiencing the crashing on every single run like this. Also from what i have heard from others its mainly a console issue (could be wrong though) so ya i think that they just dont care because its not affecting a huggeee amount of people. Also all my tickets, bug reports and posts go unanswered with so much as a " we are aware of this and working on a fix for the near future" or something.

So ya ill keep posting them til one day its resolved or at least addressed. Even if the answer is that it wont work right til next gen systems comes out, then fine. Better than no answer at all.

And it seems like your not affected by this issue? I mean if you are then why are you not pissed. Its been like this since ive started doing vma (8-9 months) and others have told me its been happening since orsinium. So ya its a MAJOR issue and should be top priority for them.

If you really want to think that, there's nothing anyone can say..

if the had to give a token to the player that had the crash for the weapons of his choice it would be patched in less than 24 hours, but they are too busy with the nerf all existing player types, and working at making the warden the only player that has all of the other players buff, so everyone will have to buy it to be able to play in PVP

@Daemons_Bane think what? that its not happening to enough people to get it resolved? I mean that seems to be it. And i also said that if its an issue that cant be fixed until next gen then fine. But getting all my tickets and posts and reports ignored doesn't help to make it seem like they care about the issue. In fact ive never been able to find anyone's post about vma crashing getting a response by zos. Im sure they did at first but not now. I mean its vma, its single player, and its not as complex as the other zones or trials, to me it just seems like its just not on their to do list because its not happening to enough people. Thats all. I dont mind agreeing to disagree with you though, this is all just my opinion.

Trust me i like zos, but they are a company, and they try to appeal to the masses. Not the small amounts of people, especially when they know we will run it for the weapons anyway.

Think that.. And honestly, it's no wonder they just ignore the damn tickets.. They are probably getting flooded by them on a daily basis.. It's like kids on the back seat going " Are we there yet? " every mile

to be fair, VMA has had a ridiculous amount of annoying bugs since before even console release so its not a question of could they fix it, its a question of why haven't they and what the hell are their development and maintenance priorities.
Ah, e-communities - the "pinnacle" of the internet............yeah, right.

@Daemons_Bane I dont mean it in a rude way, i mean it in a business way. Like i said if its not happening to very many people then i think they wouldnt care enough to fix it thats all. And thats not a good comparison. Its nothing like a kid saying "are we there yet". Its more like a person buying a car, part of the car breaking, and then the person contacting the dealership for over a year asking " when are you going to fix this car" and getting no response.

Its not the end of the world, but it is aggravating and zos could just address this and i would be over it. Because ive gone through older posts and couldn't find one where they did. Its like nothing but silence on this issue for a long time now.

If only 1 person was contacting them, then maybe the car example would be accurate.. But this is not only 1 person.. A lot of players complain over and over and over and over again.. If they had to answer every ticket from all of you, it would take ages

@Daemons_Bane Thats not true though, that makes the example all the more true, because if this was happening to 5 or 10% of ford or hondas customers who bought a specific line of cars, and it turned out that they had a problem, then those companies would either address it in one public post or ( and most likely with a car company ) message each person and say something like " we are aware of this issue and are working to resolve it" or " we are aware of this issue but fear it may not be resolved til next year or next GEN with consoles".

I dont know where the answer lies. All i do know is that if a company has something they are selling, and a part of that has not been working correctly for ANY amount of their customers, then they should be addressing it on a regular basis (like every patch notes of every quarter) or responding to people on an individual basis. Take a look at shadow cloak. Every update they put in the patch notes " fixed this or fixed that" with cloak. But it never gets fixed to how it was or was meant to be. But they are addressing the issue. And it makes sense, because its one of their 4 main classes and a HIGH percent of their game is affected by it.
