Is it possible to do it on console?

I heard there will be an up coming demand for a voice to tell people what to do and wanna get in on the action

    People that get paid to play games typically do so through paid advertisers and sponsors.

    If you regularly get 10 million YouTube views and twitter followers by farting on video for 2 hours, you will be contacted by someone that wants to throw money at you for a plug, sponsorship, ad, or whatnot.

    You can monetize youtube videos, so the more viewers you have the more you get paid.

    You could stream ESO on Twitch and if you get enough consistent viewers (I've heard if you have 500 consistent viewers or more, then you can partner with Twitch and get paid to stream) along with any donations/subscriptions people pay.

    Unfortunately, ESO streaming isn't very big right now, as it is the only popular streams are top end pvpers and they still don't get that many compared to other games. Sometimes people running vMA are up there.

    People just aren't that interested in watching trials or people grind for gear or level up. My guild gets maybe 10 viewers when running trials each night and I believe several of those are our own guildies :P.

    EDIT: Looking at twitch right now, and I know its not prime time US east, but the top stream is a pvper with 300 viewers, and theres another with 95.

    Good luck with getting more than 100 viewers with ESO on Twitch. There's no real interest in MMOs on Twitch unless it's WoW.

    It's not Zenimax that pays Deltia. Youtube money comes from ads played during their videos and patreon donations, same with twitch...it's not the content of the video that gets you paid(ESO) but ad revenue generated from the 30 second soap ad that people have to watch before your video. So in the case of the above example Dove soap would pay YouTube and YouTube would send you a percentage check for getting views of said "dove soap" ad. ZoS would have no involvement except free advertising....at least research before you troll!!

    Stream subscribers can (and do) tip. Sometimes, with a large enough viewing base, that can make enough money to live on. But, expect to stream something like 18 hours a day to get there.

    Ad revenue on youtube can be sufficient to live off of, but in that case, Youtube can (and does) change it's policies without warning, and you're at risk of getting curb stomped by a rogue entity asserting copyright over your content, and siphoning off your paycheck on a whim.

    You could use Patreon, but you need a serious userbase to pull in money that way. My experience is that you'll pull down about a dollar per 200 followers.
