    No you can't sue them, read tos.

    However I know I personally wouldn't of bought 22k crowns had I known of all the nerfs. Not because I am quitting, but because I will atleast try out the game when patch hits live before making my decision.

    I don't think it is a coincidence that they had a crown sale directly before releasing the patch notes. I also don't think it is a coincidence that they paired these nerfs with Morrowind.

    If you read the tos though it says they can turn the game off tomorrow. So then drastically changing it doesn't mean anything. You agreed to the terms they set forth. I don't like the changes but virtually every game sets forth very similar terms in their ToS. To which you either agree or you don't play.
