Guild castles a really cool idea

So how cool would it be to implement castles in game. I was thinking about making them exclusive to guilds. They would have a guild hall, training area, dining hall, meeting room, bank, guild merchant, A WAYSHRINE!! maybe even writ boards. Here's the kicker, each castle would have a small, medium, and large room which would be rented out to guild members. The price of these rooms would be at the guild leaders discretion to accommodate what we call today "guild fees" and you would be able to decorate it just as it was your own house plus have access to all the guild castle ammedities. My original thought was to have 50 individual rooms to where you could visit each othes space but that would have to be a really big castle so might be more efficient if they had 3 rooms if you enter the door of the room you own you would go into your room of course but You will also have an option to choose from a list of guild mates upon entering so that you can visit your guildmates space as well. The room idea is just a cool incintive to pay your guild fees to fund traders etc... I mean you can keep doing by adding keeps, a stable for our mounts and so on.. what do you guys think??

    Cool idea but honestly I'd rather not have this. I'm already seeing the chaous withing this castle

    Not chaos if anything it might bring the guild premise together. As it stands I feel like guilds are sloppy and could use some unity. Eventually have guilds declare war on other guilds to take their castle muhahaha

    When they first described guilds owning keeps in cyrodiil this it what I thought would happen.

    When they first described guilds owning keeps in Cyrodiil this it what I thought would happen. Having a trader isn't much incentive to protecting keeps for pvp guilds. Having some smaller building in the more remote regions that could be maintained and provide nice benefits for guilds that could also be sieged and taken over would be quite fun.
