Would you like a transmog system to be available to both gold and eso plus?

Players care for their looks, If not did wouldn't create costumes of they didn't gain revenue from them. The fact that every other day a transmog thread comes out is evidence of this. I propose two ways both suscribers and non suscribers can benifit from this.
1. Non suscribers can transmog over an item as long as it's the same weight (medium with medium) They cannot transmog different weighted armor. transmog costs gold and a racial style is needed
2. Suscribers may transmog the appearance of all items regardless of weight, so if you are a roleplayer and wanna mix and match armor of light medium and heavy without a loss of stats you can!
3. Non suscribers can purchase mimic stones to convert a item of one weight to another weights appearance, so Non suscribers have a less expensive option to use this feature.

Fair enough. I'll take that then. Without limiting it behind a paywall of any kind, I would add a restyle tab to the current equipment crafting UI. Restyling an item takes two style mats for the style you want to change it to.
