What will ZOS do if a overwhelming amount of pts players tell them this update is to much of a drastic change and it needs to be toned down? Will they listen, and if not what the point of even having our input except to find bugs.

That's all it is, constructive feedback or bug reports.

Well you know.... the problem here is that the actual beta testers are so far quite happy with the changes XDDDD

Don't think this is gunna happen :P

Just look at all the latest info from the partial lift. A LOT of people that were hating ZOS now have completely opposite opinions based on their own testing.

This whole PTS, closed beta invite is just there for us to find bugs for ZOS, any feedback on the changes will go through 1 ear of ZOS and straight out the other.

It depends what the sound is.

If it's the sound of a thousand whining babies pooping their pants they'll probably get some ear plugs (might want nose ones as well).

If it's the celestial singing of PTS testing with the soothing sounds of numbers and facts then they might indulge for a while.

But we aren't we are working with the changes and finding ways to enjoy the new changes. Yes there's still issues, but the changes will have a positive impact.

The people whom are happy are happy because its radically different. Within a month they'll hate it when they start to see the problems caused by the changes. They lack the foresight to see where the changes lead us to.

Well I can say the opposite.

The people whom are not happy are unhappy because its radically different. Within a month they'll realize it's actually good for the game. They lack the foresight to see where the changes lead us to.

It's never best to listen to mass hysteria, which is often what happens on MMO threads. One person hears something from someone else and then, before you know it, a whole lot of people are shouting. The PTS exists so people can test out the changes for themselves and suggest amendments. From what I hear, the reaction there is quite different to the reaction by the Reddit / Social media crowd who are busy posting fake funerals or what-have-you.

Thanks, and a reminder: I am talking about all the changes in general, I don't agree with many of them. Don't nitpick a single thing, we are talking about the overall environment of the game.

i would not use the word drastic to describe the changes..... dramatic however does fit.

it opens up a load more opportunities for varying play styles. i'm loving it.

@jedtb16_ESO im sorry besides the value changes and all the things i feel are wrong in this patch, homogenization is one of them. I already do feel classes are not distinct enough and "play as you want" approach will just make that feeling stronger.
