He was an ESO streamer and content creator. Made a few of builds but got lazy and rehashed them every 3 months because he wasn't all that creative.

Yeah, he did it on stream during a PvP session. Pretty attention seeking if you ask me. Was funny at the time because he made a complete mess of it

He already left 80% months ago before patch note even come out, for his new priorities in life, Max, family, exercise, I bet he's already played enough of ESO.
Honestly, couldn't care less, play the game how you want, build your own build, enjoy it not copy cat builds.

Be your own person quit trying to live behind an gamer sometimes you got to live up to your own expertise. To be honest with you there's more things in the world to worry about than this game. Don't get me wrong I love ESO but it is not my life I have to live in the real world.
