Yes - my build is highly optimized to the current meta and if ZOS changes it I woin't be able to handle it.

Yes - I grind gear for 80 hours a week to get gear that will give me an advantage and without that edge I'm just normal.

    Eh, hard to say. I like out of the box builds like stamsorc tank, dk shield tank, dk healer, and nightblade sap tank, and many of those are going to be severely negatively impacted by upcoming changes, but I'll still figure out alternatives.

    I hardly ever use meta or minmax builds though, and still do relatively well.

    there is allot more to this then what is being spoken about.

    Have to agree here, my magicka characters would be absolutely terrible (looking) if they weren't khajiit.

    So, there's no option that I fall into,

    No, I don't wear Best in Slot Gear, only good enough Gear that I can actually obtain easily that'll just get me by in PvE scenarios, and in some moments PvP ones.

    I do judge you. You must of had serious determination and vigor. I can't imagine the research of about of lessons you had to learn to be successful.Either way... shows the possibility of elder scrolls.

    I'm pretty good. My character is outrageously good, but I don't follow the meta. The proposed changes might have a 10% effect in me negatively. I'm not worried at all.

    I can't grind for 'BiS' gear with RNG mechs, theres nothing that destroys my soul more.
    So I do what I can with crafted and world sets which might leave me out of some current vetTrial groups but I can live with that. Anything to prevent running something 100's of times.

    That setup was actually for PVP but I just ran it for everything for a while. Put on a costume and no one cares what you wear in pug group as long as things are dying, lol.

    Yes. I used to play oil builds optimized for killing people by pouring boiling oil on their feet. So when ZOS changed oil mechanics, I was devastated and could not cope with it.

    My best build isn't great and I avoid proc sets but I've defeated meta users in duels.

    The problem isn't that I can't adapt, it's that they're messing with everything for the 6 characters I use and I don't have the time and patience to deal with it all.

    Everything will go from enjoyable to annoying for me...what's the point of playing a game that pisses you off instead of pleasing you?

    I play an off meta build (a khajiit mag DK). So my build will always be flawed unless I roll back to stam (which I won't. Stam dk is super boring).

    I am not the best player but I'd say I am okay with DK and decent with temp. (NB I havn't played in a long time except for biting people with either vamp/ww and Sorc I never tried)

    I love adapting. That's what gaming is about: problem solving.

    I can't say I've played 3.0.0, but if I had, I imagine I'd try to do vet content solo the way I used to and struggle at first. I'd analyze why and make some adjustments and feel very good after overcoming those challenges.

    There was a time when most gamers derived pleasure in this way. Modern gamers tend to bypass learning the systems themselves and complete content after another gamer shows them, step by step, exactly how to be successful. Naturally, those players are very alarmed right now.

    I'm a bad player regardless of build so the changes don't really bother me too much. I play the game because I like it and I will continue killing things by frantically pressing buttons until I no longer enjoy it!
