veryone will be attracted to the huge negativity surrounding it? Really?

Also if the game is so easy why is pugging near impossible with the last influx of scrubs? I fail to see how things are going to improve on this basis. New players don't learn anything. The game isn't intuitive at all. ZOS relies on steamers to do it for them...oh wait..

That negativity is generated by players throwing tantrums, not ZOS. Remember when I said there'd be a purge of old players? I welcome the purge.

It's interesting that folks rage on about how new players don't learn anything and effectively ruin the game when it's the old guard who cry and whine about having to relearn their class. The irony is delicious.

Somebody is breathing relief... maybe because majority of the good player base is taking a brake? U seem happier about the purge than the change itself, ill bet u can't wait for those new pugs to arrive with MW so u can feel important and actually kill something prehaps...?

Ill bet u started playing this game like 4 months ago...lol

Sweet tirade bruh. You stomp your feet while you typed that?

yeah well one biased comment deserves another... or do you somehow actually think endless heavy attacks can be caused by increases in costs and/or decreases in sustain when any unbiased poster knows one simple fact...

"Heavy attacking endlessly" takes no resources and so doesnt get hurt by sustain or made necessary by sustain changes. its biased disinformation. Nothing more.

Now had the post been an unbiased assessment like say "You have no idea what awaits you. Have fun Heavy attacking endlessly working heavy attacks and sustain-favoring enchants and set choices into your play, strategy and tactics." My response would have been different.

PHS (Patch Hysteria Syndrome) is in full bloom.

Also, from your altfacts guess as to my preferences - my 12 consists of 3 sorc, 1 dk, 5nb and 3t all at the same level so... i have run up more nb than any other class. I expect to add 2 wardens and then maybe delete my dk (making it my third dkdeleted after vets) cuz yet again i just dont find them appealing - not my cup of tea.

Who here as actually gotten on the PTS to test the base game changes?? I see a lot of assumptions, but very few people that have actually tested anything. Go, test, submit *constructive* feedback. See how it affects your play style. I main a magicka templar, logged onto PTS, ran thru Seeker's Archive (solo, not that it's the hardest content in the game) and had no noticeable difference in my damage or sustain. It really may not be as bad for you as it seems on paper. Feels like a lot of overreaction going on right now.

As a main Templar Healer I welcome the changes.
When I can drop a few HOTS and not have to worry about healing for another 12 seconds turns the game stale. (Vet HM DLC Dungeons)
Trials will be much trickier since we will no longer be able to just face roll with max dps.

Bring it on is all I say.

This will force all of us to change the way we play as we learn what is in many ways a new combat system.

It'll attract new players (and purge some old ones). It'll open up new builds. It'll make a stale game feel fresh and exciting again. I can't wait.

You know what I like about expansions in other games? The new stuff added! In most games even when a new class is added old classes get new features or new skills. Something to make them exciting again.

But ESO is a different kind of MMO. They call them chapters. And it seems the difference between chapters and expansions, is one comes with new stuff for classes. And one comes with the removal of a bunch of things for classes.
