It's only PTS. Not live server. And if u are on PTS and if u don't see a change to resource management then it's not a big deal.

✭Doesn't matter if it's a big deal. It matters that it looks like a big deal. Attempting to make these particular changes at this particular time was a mistake. ZoS has the most eyes on them since launch and now they have a ton of angry players. Not to mention the most accessible ESO Youtuber doing whatever it is he's doing. From a PR standpoint, this is a bad look.

i have been eso plus member since day one and have played this game faithfully since.
so i will be cancelling my eso plus if these changes go thru and half my guild which is a top trial guild on XB will be quitting too.

....That is to say, game-breaking in a way that was not intended.
This kind of game-breaking is clearly intended... so I anticipate it will go live as-is.
