I hope its the same on all platforms, but im on ps4 EU.
When do the campaigns restart? Some told me it restarts 00:00 thursday , others friday 12:00 am.
Since its the first time i am free thursday - sunday i wanna try EMP, but lets see

Depends on campaign. Go to alliance window (L on pc, dunno on console) and you can check time remaining to the end of campaign.<PC EU>
