I think it's messy to navigate because they don't want people cancelling. Just out of curiosity, why would you preorder so far in advance if there was a chance you might not want it?

I had great interest in playing ESO. I just recently came back and I pre-order things I like. Wouldn't you?

I don't think I will be playing so much in the coming months so I'd rather cancel what I've done. When Morrowind drops I'll pick up the upgrade a few months after release if I would like to continue playing.

As it stands now I don't have any interest in Morrowind anymore.

I can totally understand that. I'm just not feeling it right now either. I'm holding out hope until it hits pts and I'll make my decision then. From what I've seen of Morrowind itself, it looks amazing. I'm just worried about all the nerfs they'll tack on to it so I'm holding off on preordering until the last possible minute. You can preorder the day before it goes live and still get all the bonuses so I never saw a reason to order it any sooner.

You can google the number to their customer support. Unfortunately linking or posting the number is a quick way to get snipped or banned.

Then why do they make such stupid changes in 3.0 patch?
