    I know someone who RPs a magicka redguard. He still has 15.9k Stam. So it's a nerf for him.

    If im harvesting mats I swim around depending on the zone, that and bypassing parts of dungeons. Also swimming in lava faster helps a bit.

    Thank you. @ZOS_GinaBruno can you explain this?No redguard has less than 15k stam so how is this a buff to anyone?
