which skills can you use from stealth/sneaking

Is there a list which skills you can use out of stealth that trigger stealth procs (such as camouflaged hunter) or do the added damage? Only veiled strike from NB and light/heavy attacks or are there others?

First tick of Templar jabs/sweeps. Probably first tick of the dw channeled attack. Wrecking blow from 2H. Snipe from bow and probably venom arrow.

Off the top of keep head.

is there a "system" to find out what does count and what doesn't? I assume therefore any type "charge" does not work?
