Every other nerf was justified because we have a strong heals.

Well now that 1 of our skill trees is completely outshined by other classes passives, it will make it easy to quit the game.

Templars will now be bad at everything.

    Resource management is why templars were best healers. Everyother class has a passive that helps restore resources except for templars.

    Hey atleast it will make it easy to quit the game after morrowind. So thats a plus

    So start theory crafting how to work around that weakness or make something constructive and speak to Rich/Wrobel about how it could be disastrous.

    PTS is live, you can log in and test as long as you're on PC.

    All these changes accomplish is pidgeon-holing Magicka characters into being FORCED to use a Destro/Resto staff.

    With the drop in sustain and increase in ability cost, my dual-wielding magicka Templar will suffer greatly, and "just weave in heavy attacks" will have ZERO effect to alleviate that as heavy attacking with my swords will only restore Stamina.

    Nope, build diversity goes right out the window.

    If you are a magicka-based character, it becomes "use a staff or don't bother playing".

    By the Gods... these changes coming with Morrowind suck all the way around. There is NOTHING to be excited for...

    May as well forget the whole "play your way" or even the "we want you to be able to build the character YOU want to build. Because if these changes go "live", if you're not using a staff for magicka characters, you're ***.

    Are you possibly even listening @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_RichLambert ? Oh, who am I kidding... of course you aren't listening. Wrobel just gets to destroy the game in whatever manner he deems fit... and just going by ZOS's 3-year history with this game, if the changes are on the PTS, they're all-but assured to make it through to the Live servers...

    Some of us can't see the implications. Would you please inform us (I prefer line item) the before and after effects and how this is going to help or harm Templars (or any other class)?

    Accurate but it also shows my willingness to try new things. Sometimes ... actually most times ... they fail miserably. But every now and again I try something new that totally works for me.

    That is the most important take away. Try new things. Failure is ok if you learn from it and occasionally failure is the mother of great ingenuity.

    The reason templars was good as a no brainer, was because of breath of life and easy major mending. Now both are gone, and warden have major mending as a passive. This is purely for zos to make money.

    Its more to do with warden passive buffs, why use a templer where you have to click synergies when warden passively provides?

    I'll still stick with templer, I just love the palidan style, she still rocks in the battlegrounds.

    Adapt and keep playing, or quit. It's your choice, but just panicking won't help anything. My main is a magicka templar as well, but I'm 100% confident I will still be effective (obviously with a few tweaks to my current build).
