Why don't identical glyphs stack in inventory?

I made some extra glyphs for future writs and noticed they won't stack in my inventory. Is this intended or a bug?

✭✭✭✭✭yeah this is a nightmare, even just clearing inventory to decon them
Patch notes state that even with full inventory they will go into your crafting bag so that's a plus.Xbox One | EU | EP
