Now first off I think ZOS are about to put this game into the ground with all the nerfs, but something did catch my attention. Befoul can go up to 55%?
With Fasallas and major defile can you just completely negate healing now..

But still major defile is 30%? With a 55% increase that becomes 46.5% just from major defile..0 -

Though i may put a few in there depending on how quickly it scales with the new changes.PS4 EU DC

Well what else do you have, they took the cost reduction, it's now 100 points for 15% recovery, they split tumbling (wankers) I think a lot of people will use this. Though I hadn't realised they nerfed Fasallas.0
