I don't understand your logic. Can you further elaborate for me? This is a forum. A place where feedback can be given from the player to the developer. If the player purchases a game that they are unhappy with, what is so wrong about complaining to the developers of the game? This is of course assuming that the developers will look at said complaints, and decide whether or not they hold any weight.

The constant posts of derailing threads, and posting things like, "Stop complaining and whining." actually appears to do more harm than good. Why? Because feedback gets jumbled up with off-topic nonsense, AND a rift is created within the community. Specifically between those 2 players of that community, that just so happen to play the same game. Then things of course escalate into people playing sides of posters, and people becoming more and more rude and toxic with their posts.

And what are you left with in the end...? A game that is a husk of its former self, and a community divided and heavily toxic. Both in-game and on the game's forums. In other words, what ESO has become now.

People can make pretend that ESO hasn't fallen off, and isn't dying a horrible death. But it is. And has been for quite some time. A lot of players hardly play, and many have quit. Many are cancelling pre-orders. Many login to the forums now to belittle others and troll. People in-game have become pretty unbearable due to their behavior. And things only are going to get worse as time goes on. Don't take my word for it. Just compare the community and game from the past, up until this very point in time. See for yourself how ESO has become poisoned. In fact, it has gotten so bad that people don't even take punishments seriously. You hear of people cheating all the time, and flat-out ignoring forums rules. And why do you think this is? Lol. C'mon now. It's sad.
