I recently found someone on a Khajiit that had a base color of black for their hair with blue and teal streaks in their hair. It was about shoulder length. I asked them what style it was but they never answered. I'm assuming it was a crown store hair style but I'd like to know which style it was just in case it comes around again or if I'm just blind and can't see it in the store.
