Killing someone one will give 90% of their gold and the option to steal 2 pieces of their gear, even if it's bound.
Cheers!
I wouldn't play this game anymore
I'll start:
-A lot more data (Achievements, Lorebooks, Motifs, Map Pin Discoveries, Skyshards) become account-wide
-Medium armor gets some buffs
-Sorcs nerfed
-New debuff gets added that reduces shield effectiveness
-More storage space via houses
-Convert armor into a learned motif

Shuffle/elude: Base dodge chance is 5%, every piece of medium armor adds 2% dodge chance. Makes the skill more useful for builds that actually use the armor type this skill comes from (squishy medium) while nerfing it for heavy builds both magicka and stamina.
Reactive: A stupidly designed set that make playing well and cc'ing on cooldown actually detrimental to killing someone wearing it. 40% dmg reduction is huge, nerf it to 20%. People shouldn't just stand in roots and allow cc's because its actually better for them, they should try to avoid roots and cc's and break them as fast as possible.
Remove cost poisons entirely, they serve no purpose but to unbalance pvp completely and make zergs more powerful.
Constitution: Either gives stam OR Magicka back when hit not both. Hoping to kill off the unlimited blocking healbots + the stam builds who run around in full heavy dmg setups and sustain with 600 regen. E.g. Stam dk and stam sorc.
Dk:
Gets passive cost reduction so it has decent sustain via passive like everyone else.
Embers : Heal is halved as dragonblood is useful now, this broken heal is no longer required.
Wings: Increase projectile count to 5s and 5, seems like it can hardly reflect stuff anymore, make it worth slotting again.
Templar:/b]
Reduce cleanse by 1 for both morphs, also add in some type of priority purge. So templars will purge things like minor main over dots or defiles so the counter to healing isn't useless and builds that use dots are actually a bit more effective. Put snares at the 1st priority so magplars get more 'mobility' Purge is very strong.
Give blazing spear back, there was no need to remove it.
Breath of Life, Breath of life healbots are so broken in pvp.
I'd like for the radius of rune focus to be increased, it's so small and quite annoying to stand back in and reset armor buffs.
Change back crescent sweep back to magicka, there was no reason to change it to stamina. Dawnbreaker is just better and you removed the only instant damage magicka ult magplar had to give stamina templar an inferior dawnbreaker.
Radiant - Reduce the base range of the skill to 22m so it's always in gap closer range. Wont effect pve.
Backlash: Either make it so only the caster can increase the damage of this skill or reduce the dmg other people add to it and max the dmg they add to like 50% of its possible max. Sick of templars just casting this skill and not even attacking while others hit and then i get hit by 10k..
Sorc:
Dark exchange: Make the cost of this skill happen whens its first cast and not when its complete so if its interrupted there is actually a punishment and they can't just get free cc and continue spamming until they get some off.
Fix streak...
Give mag sorc's some type of instant magicka ultimate. Meteor isn't instant and is easily blocked.
Nightblade:
Incap : Change tie cc back to how it used to be, only cc's if caster has lower hp than the target OR change the extra 20% dmg to only affect Nb skills as it's boosting proc sets and thats really annoying. May make nb's actually use their class execute over 2h execute.
Concealed : This skill is currently terrible, its a spam able but has a passive cloak speed effect? Surprise attack gives 5.2k penetration which is roughly 8% dmg increase
Fix cloak... stuff are still bringing people out of it. Doubtful it will get fixed has it ever actually worked as intended.
Give mag nb a way to deal with snares, snares literally kill the class in pvp.
There is likely more but i haven't played in like 5 weeks because of the state of the game. I do check back every so often for warden/ morrowind/ battlegrounds news though.
