Double bank space? How?

I thought I read in the game just now, that ESO+ subscribers get double bank space. I have subscribed to ESO+ again today on PC. I have my craft bag so I know my ESO+ subscription is activated. So how come I only have 70 bank space? I mean 80 since I just bought 10 extra spaces in game currency. Shouldn't that be 160 now? Or has it gone to 40 and doubled to 80 because ESO+?

Not sure how this part is suppose to work. Can anyone help me here and understand please.

    Oh, thank you guys. I thought it was out now. Just wondering why it would say that IN GAME that I can have double bank space for ESO+ subscribers and not say it's out yet but soon.

    I think the in game message was put in early by mistake. It essentially outed their plan for June.
