I'm hoping for some advice on starting the game please.

Upon opening the game i'm selecting play then i have to create an account or linking an account. Now, i play on ps4 so i'm trying to link the account, whatever linking the accounts do i dont know, but, it's saying failed.

I'm then trying to create a new account but this is failing also. I've tried my regular email i use for my gaming stuff and an alternative email. But nothing works.
