Pirate Skeleton ever to be fixed?

When it proc's and you transform into a skeleton and when you transform back it always lags and won't allow you to bar swap. Please fix. Lost many duels and fight in PvP because of it
Playing on PS4 NA server and current characters are CP 750

Lvl 50 EP High Elf Magsorc PvP (outdated)
Lvl 50 EP Wood Elf Nightblade (Currently my crafter)
Lvl 50 EP High Elf Magplar PvP (outdated healbot)
Lvl 50 EP Redguard Stam DK PvE (updating)
Lvl 50 EP Dark Elf Mag DK PvP

All my builds are outdated...I quit for a year lmao

    I believe the delay is intended. It would be even more broken without it.

    When I readed ,,fixed" in title I thought it means nerfed or ballanced :smile:

    That doesn't make a whole lot of sense. The skill lock already exists on the polymorph transformation, and using that to "balance" a powerful set effect is a bit ridiculous, even for zos.

    I've found it helps to put the actual skeleton polymorph on but I'd rather not do that lol.
