This morph of Impaling Shards states it deals damage in a 6-meter radius, but then that it deals damage in 28-meter radius.
Does this morph increase the radius from 6 meters to 28 meters and reduce cost?

DragonBound✭✭✭✭✭I am really disappointed that frost is mostly a tanking style, there is already tons of ways to tank in this game, they could of added dps morphs to just saying.Edited by DragonBound on April 16, 2017 8:56PM1
