Tribunal Rug Gone???

Hey There,
I have the proper achievement on two of my characters (in fact, I've already purchased the Tribunal Rug--in Mournhold--previously), but this morning when I went to purchase another, it's not listed at the Achievement Furnisher at all.
Does anyone have some knowledge about this that they can impart?

Never mind.
For some reason, there's actually TWO Achievement Furnishers in Mournhold and, both times, I was talking to the wrong one!
LOL.
At least I have my 2nd rug now.
