Hey guys. How long does it usually take for the ESO Support Team to respond to your ticket? Thanks. Mine's taking a LONG time lol.

    24-48 hours. If they don't like you though, they won't respond at all. So be nice in your ticket messages.

    As well, I've often overlooked their replies before. Make sure to double check even your junk mail folder.

    This is very true. I've sent in tickets well over a year ago with no response at all.

    2 weeks and still waiting for me. I resolved the issue myself.

    3 tickets each response taking 1-2 months.

    eso support staff must be very happy doing nothing but closing old tickets with no response from the players because they reply over a month later.

    I think I have always had an answer within 24 hours.

    Only once had a generic copy paste reply.

    The term 'ESO Support team respond' is one of the most notable oxymorons I've read in 2017.

    They do so respond quick. But if you are rude with like one word then don't expect a response anytime soon.
