Crown Purchase Ghost Charges / No Crowns

So, I tried purchasing crowns yesterday for PC via the Store Website on my PC, and every time I got this error after submitting payment information:
The requested URL was rejected. Please consult with your administrator.
Your support ID is: 15277477880286333187

I never received any crowns for these transactions. There were four of them - I know because my bank WAS charged $104.32 over 4 transactions. I only wanted a single crown pack. So you have 4 purchases of my money (when I only wanted 1) and I have 0 crowns from any of them.

Total$104.32

I tried emailing the store helpdesk and they said it wasn't their issue. I can't find anywhere else to call or email to try to get this fixed? I go through the support section and the only thing it tells me is to ask here or UESP/Wiki...

If you purchased via the ESO website then login and lodge a support ticket. I don't know anything about them having a direct email for support.

If you purchased via Steam that could be more complicated. It hasn't happened to me but we see reports here of players buying crowns, not getting them and then getting tossed back and forth between Steam and ZO support with each claiming the other is responsible.

If you purchased these via credit/debit card then you should have approx 60 days to challenge those charges with your card holder should Zenimax or Steam fail to refund you. The situation can be more complicated if the direct debit charges weren't made through a credit card provider, but if the charges are fraudulent then you should report them to your bank and consider legal action through something like a small claims court or consumer protection tribunal. That will depend on where you live.

Personally I have problems using the store on the Chrome browser. I typically get weird stuff happening like it trying to seemingly download files forever when I attempt to make a purchase or sometimes just when I login. Don't know why but clearly there's some browser specific problems with their site. So I use IE when buying crowns.

Is your steam account linked to your ESO account? Double check on your account page on the ESO website.

No, no linked accounts. No other platforms, etc. Lodge an in-game support ticket? Or is there somewhere in support on site I haven't found?

    Thanks for replies :)

If I flag the charges on my card, the card will get frozen, go through process of new one, etc. Would prefer to avoid that, but... guess we'll see. I didn't know about Chrome issues, but that is good to know. I do use Chrome. >.<

In the right hand column there's a big "Ask for Help". Click on "web assistant" under that and eventually you'll get there.

Possibly you can lodge them in-game for billing as well. If there's a drop down for it then use it. It is all the same support system.

I don't think so. If you inform them that it's a billing error which the company refuses to correct then there's no security issue with your card and no need to replace it.

It's not like a mysterious charge on your card from an unknown overseas source, which I've not had but one of my housemates if plagued by them and has had to have his card replaced multiple times.
