Island and Manors in general, need a few things.

3- Storage (chest and armor set statues...)
Bank and merchant are technically already available, but could be improved i.e. cheaper.. fixed location npcs horse trainer etc.
If I never had to go to town again, I would buy a huge manor.

Hm maybe, but what if we were given the option to specifically join a chat zone remotely i.e. I'm at my house and I join the deshaan zone chat.1 -

This is a great idea and global channels in general are sorely needed. I think a "trade" channel shared over all towns and houses would be a step in the right direction.
Ultimately the ability to type /join channelname regardless of location and create custom global channels by specifying a non-existing name would be AWESOME.
