I tried to make a Mythic Aetherial Ambrosia recipe which requires Aetheric Cipher. Many people told me it is never existed. :'(

Mol gro Durga - Orsimer Socerer/Battlemage who died the first time when the Nibenay Valley chapterhouse of the Order Draconis was destroyed, then went back to Cold Harbor to rescue his second/partner who was still captive. He overestimated his resistance to the hopelessness of Oblivion, about to give up, and looked up to see the golden glow of atherius surrounding a beautiful young woman who extended her hand to him and said "I can help you". He carried Fianna Kingsley out of Cold Harbor on his shoulder. He carried Alvard Stower under one arm. He also irritated the Prophet who had intended the portal for only Mol and Lyris.***Order Draconis - well c'mon there has to be some explanation for all those dragon tattoos.
House of Dibella - If you have ever seen or read "Memoirs of a Geisha" that's just the beginning...
Nibenay Valley Chapterhouse - Where now stands only desolate ground and a dolmen there once was a thriving community supporting one of the major chapterhouses of the Order Draconis0 -

✭My buddy actually found one in a guild trader today for 15k...but I farm 90% of my playtime and have still never seen one, am I right in believing they come from nodes? And are nodes in craglorn included?0 -

Dust drops from nodes
From what I remember both drop only in alliance areas, Coldharbour and Cyrodiil but not Craglorn or DLC areas who have their special drops: nirncrux in Craglorn and various style materials in DLC areas respectively. I haven't gotten any myself but I've seen both listed in guild stores. The dust is 40K and the cipher 2M on average. ✭On PC NA they go for 1.5 million to 2 million.
They do drop but are exceeedingly rare and the dust required to make the potion itself also isn't cheap (I think I saw a price around 90k for one).Make PC NA raiding great again!
