Does alter appearance token change skin color?

Hi everyone. So my wood elf, who I love and spent hours on, came out a touch on the orange side in terms of her skin tone. I'd like to change that but before I buy a token I just wanted to check that its possible to change skin tone. Also, when you use it do you have to start from scratch like with the character creator, or can you just alter a single detail and leave everything else as it was?

And no, you don't start from scratch. It's a modification of your existing character, changing only what you want.If you can be anything, be kind.2 -
