Along the same lines as the smuggler, merchant, and banker assistants: this one is a dwarven construct that allows you to deconstruct equipment, weapons, and glyphs just like you would at a crafting table. The construct could possibly access research as well, maybe even basic crafting.

✭✭If it's along the same lines as the Banker, Merchant, or worse - Smuggler - it would likely take your weapons and gear and swap it back with a bag of nails and some sawdust.10 -
BRCOURTN✭✭✭✭✭The restriction that applied to it, like with the limitations of all other assistants, could be that it won't return tempers or something. Or maybe just that the research aspect was gone from the assistant and it was solely for deconstructing.1 -

Ugh... then it wont be worthwhile for me. The same with the banker and merchant assistants. Was thinking about getting the banker but I think I will gonna pass (even when sometimes I would have liked to fetch some items while in a dungeon and avoid the trip to the city)2 -

✭✭✭✭✭As for Restrictions, it needs to be a regular crafting table with regards to what it gives back.
The restriction is, it can't make anything or do repairs.
But it would be cool if it has some unique grinding and crunching sounds while it was deconning.

I don't know if it was in morrowind(wasn't on ps2) or oblivion (didin't play that much cause tecnical problem) but im pretty sure the collossus amd these small ball in Rkindaleft werent in skyrim(neither was the balista before dragonborn)

What would the point of housing crafting tables be then? The people who went through the trouble and spent hundreds of thousands of gold on the crafting tables would be pretty shafted if this assistant ever became a thing.Kiss the chaos.0 -
