I send two tickets about it, but so far no respond yet.

The trader only has "bid on trader" and "hire trader" all the time (literally, even after 9:05pm EST)

This lasted at least two weeks now and I accidentally bid on her during the bidding time.

She shows no tabard now and guild store isn't accessble, and if you try hire her it will say "the trader is already hired"

I'm leading a new guild and can't really afford no trader another week :|

    File a bug report in game and also post a thread in the bug reports section.

    That's the best way to get it on their radar as an issue. Generally Gina and Jessica get tagged in hundreds of posts every day (and then said posts quoted) so tagging them doesn't always get their attention.

    Hopefully not too much to ask but I submitted like 4 tickets about this and another thread in bug report but receive absolutely none respond. :|

    Yes, I'm sure repeatedly tagging them is the best way to summon them, and earn their ire.
