Really odd occurrence, did they change loot drops on baddies?

The past 2 days, on a character I just made, I have not had one single potion other than health potions, drop from baddies. Not in public dungeons, world bosses, normal mobs, even mobs in Cyrodiil didn't even drop them.
I have never had a character only get health pots without getting stam or mag....this is frustrating...

✭✭✭✭✭Weird, they drop all the time for me, so much I overflow with them. Only needed in group dungeons after all,Grinding just make you go in circles.
