Amazon PC Preorder Codes for Morrowind?

I don't have any disposable income for crowns right now, but I do have credit in my amazon account. I thought I'd see if I could pick up some discounted crowns though them (I couldn't, shocker) but I did notice I could pick up Morrowind, something I hadn't done yet since I considered it a little too expensive for an expansion pack. I thought I might as well preorder it when I noticed this annoyance

I do not have the Steam version of ESO, I have the regular, downloaded from site version. I assume then that the preorders Amazon is selling are useless to me then? Or would the key still work if I put it into the ESO account management page instead of steam? I don't know any other game that does this, but hey, might as well ask.

Enjoy the game, life is what you really want to be worried about.

Is that for the key or the boxed version though? Because if I select the non-Steam version it says

I know having the boxed shipped to me won't be any more expensive, but still I'd rather just have the digital code, put it in, and be set for release, instead of waiting for the mail to come.

I am getting the boxed version cuz I wants the statue.

Also, Prime gets it to me on release day, and I am not all that interested in being the first on Vvardenfell, I might even wait a week or two for the hub bub to die down and level my Warden in the legacy zones.

Perhaps you have to convert your account to Steam.

Unfortunately i dont think you can convert a regular account to steam without buying a new copy. It is something that has aggravated me greatly for a while.

Yep same here it will go nicely besides My other ones, and I heard the Bethesda store my be doing several more statues from ESO after Morrowinds release.

If you bought the full thing (and it looks like you did, since it's $60 instead of $40), the base game is included. So you get the whole thing on Steam, and you can then link that Stewm copy to your account without having to buy it separately on Steam.
