Currently playing on an average of 15 fps on my 2011 macbook. Definitely looking to build a pc for the first time. Been surfing around ebay and found these parts. Can these specs run ESO well? I dont want to end up wasting money. Thanks!

Described specs is calculator, not computer. Even 16Gb of RAM often not enough for last games for run at Ultra. 1050 ti for office computers with Office 2016 and 128 bit RAM on videocard. 128 bit even 6 years ago was few and used on not gaming videocards. Man, today 2017 year not 2010.

Thank you for feedback. I've come to realization that the specs just won't cut it, and I'm working on getting a much better one.
Sorry for the stupid question. Unlike others, I don't have much money to spare, just someone trying to have a good time gaming with what I have.

More memory and at least an I5 should be enough to coast by. Ive got a low end I5, gtx 555, and 8 gbs of ram. It aint pretty, but it works.

First, do you have a Macbook Pro 2011 with a dedicated gpu? You can squeeze out 30-50 on Medium Settings

Second, these are the recommended and minimum specs from the support page

    PC Recommended System Requirements:

    Operating System: Windows 7/Windows 8.1 64-bit
Processor: Quad Core 2.3GHz or equivalent processor
    System RAM: 4GB
Hard Disk Space: 85GB free HDD space
GPU: Direct X 11.0 compliant video card with 2GB RAM (NVidia GeForce GTX 750 or AMD Radeon HD 7850)
    Sound: DirectX compatible sound card
    Internet: Internet Broadband Connection

    PC Minimum System Requirements:

    Operating System: Windows 7 32-bit
Processor: Intel i3 or AMD 3870 generation processors or higher
    System RAM: 3GB
Hard Disk Space: 85GB free HDD space
GPU: Direct X 11.0 compliant video card with 1GB RAM (NVidia GeForce 460 or AMD Radeon 6850)
    Sound: DirectX compatible sound card
    Internet: Internet Broadband Connection

You need to know your budget before assessing parts.

Spending is typically GPU>CPU>Mobo> then everything else.
The GTX 1050ti 4gb is the budget gaming pc card of choice. a 1060 is nicer.
    8gb Ram Minimum. Ideally.
7200 RPM HD is nice. SSD is preferred.

    Hope this helps.

You could game on that PC. Your 1050ti should yield you 30FPS with medium settings and a low view distance. That Q6600 is pretty long in the tooth (I was a former owner of one) but it should still get you to where you want to be CPU wise.

I think you can do 30FPS at 1080p on low/medium with your PC. Good luck!

I have a 15 inch 2011 MBP, I can pvp on minimal settings within 25-50 fps depending on what's going on and pve on medium settings at 30 fps with the exception of trials. So don't bother building a low end windows machine. If you've got the 15 inch model with a dedicated gpu which should be an Radeon card, then you're fine. Instead swap out your hd for an SSHD1Tb 720 rpm and add the max 16gb ram and make sure your network settings are optimized.
