[RESOLVED-ish] Unable to purchase the game

The game is on sale, and it cannot be purchased from the store.
Trying to select the BUY NOW option at https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/store/product/eso_standard on an account that does not yet own the game (with an account status of "Active - Trial") sends you right back to the store page, only attempting to purchase Morrowind actually goes to the checkout page. Tested with multiple browsers, clearing cookies, disabling browser extensions, etc. Is this intended to drive the Morrowind sales? @ZOS_GinaBruno @ZOS_JessicaFolsom
Now most likely it's due to the account being active, although a Trial, but if one has to wait until the end of the free trial period, the sale will be gone too, yes?

Majeure✭✭✭✭Alright so I've found a solution in the meanwhile:
1. Go to https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/store/product/eso_morrowind_edition and click BUY NOW
2. IMPORTANT: Enter your billing information on the following page and press CONTINUE
3. Navigate to https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/store/product/eso_standard and click BUY NOW (this will send you to the store front page)
4. Navigate to https://account.elderscrollsonline.com/store/billing-address and proceed with the checkout using the saved billing information.
If you skip step #2, you may get a server error when accessing any pages at elderscrollsonline.com after trying to provide your billing details at step #4 instead. This is resolved by clearing your cookies, you will then have to login again and restart the process and making sure to complete step 2.Edited by Majeure on April 12, 2017 2:38AM0
