A way to fix stats/build diversity/balance maybe?
-No more scaling damage on resource stats/pools
-No stamina skills, stamina is only used for sprinting, bashing, rolling, and blocking.
-Magicka for all skills
-Profit???

My only concern would be that everyone might dump all their stat points into magicka for the extra skill resources if you're DPS or Heals.
The main goal is to take the focus off of magicka vs stamina and place the focus on skill/weapon choice. Opening up the options rather than narrowing them.
