Unable to leave Area Channel or join Guild Channels? (suggestions are welcome and appreciated)

For the past couple of days now my leave Area Channel "Social - Voice Chat - Area - Leave Channel" seems to be stuck in a 6 second constant countdown looping motion. (See Clip)

I have tried everything i can possibly think of my end with no luck so far inc. logging out of Eso and completely logging out of Xbox live, clearing cache, deleting unwanted characters and quests etc but nothing seems to have resolved the issue.
Any sensible suggestions from forum users or even a fix from the team are welcome and appreciated.

Balibe✭✭✭✭Have you tried to delete the "saved game data" on the console. Have to tried pulling the power cord for a few minutes, then power back up to get a full reboot on the concle?0 -
EBEgamedevSoul Shriven@Balibe I have tried literally everything going my end. Its only effecting characters created recently though so it could be an update or even a maintenance issue. Deleted a mule and made a character quickly to see if it was also affected and it was.
I would normally just delete the character and start over again when the issue has been resolved but i have already spent a small fortune in gold on him already (1-2 mill easily) plus at least 30,000+ crowns on style motifs etc.
@ZOS_DaryaK Could you or a fellow team member possibly look into this matter as the Auto-Response received also didn't work

EBEgamedevSoul ShrivenFinally got it to stop looping just now by rapidly spamming the x button for just over 30 mins and by shear luck i must have managed to catch it at 0 somehow.
This definitely needs to be addressed though as i think i just got lucky.0
