Buying crowns, now my account cannot be accessed

I was purchasing crowns for the sale. IN the middle of purchasing them, I suddenly started getting messages that the tranaction could not go through. I turns out that now I can't even access my account on the site anymore!

I sent in a number of tickets but this is freaking me out! If I can't access my account how is this going to affect my ability to play the game?!

    Why send in a number of tickets? It's just bogging the system down when people do this, and then they complain at the time taken to deal with tickets!

    Assuming you're on PC and you sent in tickets...it won't impact your game play access.

    The only concern is why send in more than one ticket?

    The other concern is why did you send in a ticket for a browser issue that would seem to be a reason to contact the company who supports your browser. It's not a raffle or most tickets who get attention.

    What other devices do you have access to?
    What other browsers have you tried?
    Is this Steam or PC?

    It's on the main ESO site, when I go to my account it says the URL has been rejected

    I got this too on the main page. A few minutes later, it worked

    Nope, it was AFTER the update and start of the sale.

    I'm having the same error. This happened to me last crown store sale as well. Apparently there is some sort of fraud detection system that locks people out after processing several transactions in close proximity, which is really annoying (do you not want our money?). Last time the error went away after a day or so, but it would sure be nice if the root problem was resolved. In particular, having the option to buy multiple crown packs in a single transaction would likely resolve this problem as well as give a better user experience.

    cant access, store and account webpage, after I enter my date of birth it just resets the page again

    Try clearing your cookies for:
    elderscrollsonline.com
    account.elderscrollsonline.com

    What was interfering for me was my Kaspersky TS and I just disabled the protection for a bit while I used the store.
