Dungeon finder is completely broken:
Most of the time when you que up, and load into the dungeon (given that you don't get dcd from long load time on loading screen) it will say: removing from area. WHY IS THIS HAPPENING?
Insane lag spikes and long loading screens:
15 second freeze frames, and 1-2 minute loading screens/massive delay on bar swaps/skills.

This has got to be fixed.

I don't want a new game, I want this game to be at least semi-playable. Vet maw broken, ok i can do without this trial. But continuously breaking other features? Why did developers mess with dungeon finder, add a stupid vote system, and 15 minute cooldown. NOBODY LIKES THIS SYSTEM, NOBODY SAID HEY ZOS GREAT JOB, THANKS FOR THOSE DUNGEON FINDER IMPROVEMENTS IT MADE MY GAMING EXPERIENCE SO MUCH BETTER!

Seriously it's best to not be frustrated and play other games.

You own it so you can always come back in hopes of a fix but otherwise...it's dead broken in some cases for over a year or when something's fixed, other things are broken.

Been that way since day 1

    Does your internet suck?

Because, I play on Xbox, and I have NONE of the issues that you are describing.

When I go into a Dungeon I never get the "Removing from Area" message, the game just loads me in after a relatively normal load screen.

    I don't get lag spikes.
My loading screens are no more than 30 seconds at maximum. Even on the Free to Play weekends or during holiday festivities, my loading screens are no more than 30 seconds.
I get zero freeze frames, and have not experienced the delay on bar swaps or skill execution since the very first days of the game on console when they were still working out the most major of server issues.

Seriously; if what you're describing is in any way accurate, I have to think it's that your internet is getting ready to implode... but it's not the game.

Also; why do you keep making posts as if you're the elected representative of the console community? When people post like that, it kind of bugs the *** out of me... just saying.

I agree and I know how we can start:

ZoS: please bring back the subscription model of the game. This will cause the freeloaders to bail the game faster than rats leaving a sinking ship, which will stabilize the game by reducing load, which will fix many of these issues.

I remember during the year ahead that they want to focus on client performance in 2017. I am hoping ZOS keeps this promise. Especially considering that there will most likely be a lot of new players joining the ESO community when Morrowind is released - a healthy portion of which will be on consoles.

ZOS made several incremental improvements to server performance and said they were much more satisfied with back-end performance, but the game client was causing a lot of the remaining performance issues. Consoles more so due to less horsepower than possible on PC setups. Console character control (reacting to player input), loading times, fps of the game, and game crashes are very bad when under high load such as going to crowded locations and during large PvP battles in Cyrodiil. Hopefully, this steadily improves with the coming updates this year.

During this last week, I noticed that my load times went down, from over a minute (at which point you get the "This may be an unusually long load time" notification) to around 40 seconds.

However, I've noticed that even in base game zones, textures aren't loading properly all the time. I've gone into the bank in Mournhold and the walls and floors don't load at all, which is really disorienting.

And, Hew's Bane remains a nightmare for me. Once I get just inside the town, I start to see blurry textures. I'd really like to enjoy the town, but everything is always a blurry mess. And, the game crashed on me twice last night while I was there.

I'm really looking forward to Morrowind, but I suspect it will suffer from the same performance issues as all the other DLC content. Orsinium seems to work a lot better and is more stable, but at the expense of some textures not loading properly.

I live in a major US city, so that may be a factor. I'm hopeful that ESO will run better on Scorpio, but it sounds like it actually runs worse on PS4 Pro?

The only way to enjoy this game in it's current state is to play with with friends, and even then, you'd probably have a better time playing another game with them.

I'm serious about this, not trolling. The game is so frustratingly broken, aside from good conversation and camaraderie among friends, I cannot enjoy the game.

It is the game definitely. ZOS even admitted that the game's performance was poor.

I just added the comment about horsepower since consoles simply do not have as much raw hardware power as a gaming PC setup. Even the PS4 Pro or the Project Scorpio console will have lower specs than an up-to-date gaming PC. Just by watching PC ESO streams you can tell that the load times and fps performance is better (still not good), but better than consoles. And for reference I play ESO on Xbox One so this isn't a "PC master race" thing, just facts that hardware does make an impact. In the end, ZOS needs to make improvements to the game itself.

I tried everything in order to get ESO to be somewhat playable got a new Modem, Router I have a wired connection to the Modem itself to the console, doubled my internet package to 100mbps DL 25 up my roommate got a Xbox One S about 2 months ago and he has problems with ESO and only ESO we can play every other game on Xbox One with no problems you name it For Honor, Halo Wars 2, GR: Wildlands, Elite Dangerous, The Division work great on Xbox One but ESO is such a headache.

    Xbox one known issues.

Vigor and healing ward not having a animation or working only fixed my /reloadui

Dungeon finder every time you queue and select ready up you travel i to dungeon and get removed from area.

Vet helra if group wipes on right side downstairs boss dissapears. Night tome causes disconnects.

People in my guild. Like 9/10 players disconnect at same time to read must have a valid internet connection.

Massive lagspikes and frame drops in dungeons and other areas.

Last boss on vma for some toons all portals lit up at once.

    Streak is weird. Needs fix

Game crashed loading into peoples houses travelling from another.

    Maw of lorkhaj constant disconnects.

Sheild breaker the bandaid fix for sheilds that got nerfed still in game(personal peeve)

Mistform buggs out when certain snares are applied.

I fire off a skill that knocks down an enemy, say Stone Fist. Enemy is hit, draws weapon, starts too attack... and falls down three seconds later. I also get situations where I highlight one enemy, move to highlight the other, and my spell hits the first enemy. It's making even basic PvE combat confusing.

The audio has completely lost it. I'm sometimes hearing sound effects 5-6 seconds after their related action.

Other strange things as well, such as my crafter no longer sees clothing writs on the writ board. There's no uncompleted clothing writ in the quest list.

I think more are experiencing game debilitating bugs compared to those who aren't. If you search the forums you'll find countless threads with these reports that ESO on Xbox has issues. I personally run into long loading screens everyday, I get kicked to my homescreen everyday, and I also get the freeze frames OP described. Further, bar swap in PvP has been an issue since Imperial City was released.

It's great that you don't have to deal with what we are all describing, but I don't see the point in dismissing other's claims.

Dungeon finder bug is not "game breaking". SMH....

...I use it all the time. I run into the bug maybe one out of four times. When it happens, you port back to the dungeon and proceed.

Is it annoying? Yes but not game breaking. There have been plenty of game breaking bugs...this is not one of them. If something like this is going to drive you to quit, you were already on that road.

I play on Xbox and I don't get how everyone says its unplayable or everything is broken. My game works perfectly fine 98% of the time the only issue I ever have is with "group wasn't viable" from group finder and on the random occasion It removes me from the area after dungeon grouping which just makes me have to fast travel to the dungeon again. This is an inconvenience but it doesn't make it unplayable. This game is huge there will always be bugs and glitches and its not always going to be a quick fix but seriously lets look at this game when it came out, day 1 and compare it to now. You all (ppl who say its broken and ZOS will never fix it) are delusional. This game has made leaps and bounds from where it started.

Yes there are some issues but I have faith that ZOS will fix these issues eventually. Look at their efforts with PVP and if ZOS really only cared about the crown store why would they give us free updates? Yes they care about the crown store because that helps keep the doors open but isn't that overall good for the community?

It's not an impasse, you're arguing that because you choose not to do parts of the game that ZOS confirms as problematic issues or known issues that in your experiences it's not an issue.

That's not the correct use of the word in context to the issues being discussed.
    Known issues.....are....known issues.
It's not a requirement for known issues to impact everyone, it's enough that it's duplicatatble in mass which is what the discussion is about.

Here's the thing, the game functions okay when questing and doing 4 man dungeons, but when it comes to 12 man trials and PvP, it actually at times is unplayable. When you say the game has made leaps and bounds from where it started, you really can only apply that to questing. PvP, Trials, and actually even 4 man dungeons are worse now with bugs than when the game launched.
