I've been waiting patiently for the Sabre Cat mount and, when I attempted to purchase crowns yesterday, I got a message saying that the transaction cannot be completed and that I should contact my payment provider (I do not have the Steam version, so this was through the game site itself). I called the payment provider as directed and they checked everything they could think of, and assured me that there is absolutely nothing wrong with my card or bank account. Additionally, I have been able to purchases elsewhere with the card, both before and after the rejected payment from Zenimax. Whatever is going on is on the merchant's end. I tried using my girlfriend's card and it rejected hers too, even though she was able to buy crowns on her own account just five minutes before me.
Has anyone else had this issue, and if so, how was it resolved? I have a support ticket open, but it's the weekend and I'm afraid they won't get back to me before the mount that I want is gone. If I miss a limited time mount because of this and will only be able to get it in a crate or something, I'm going to be pretty pissed.
