I've been thinking of playing it and it looks really interesting. But I was wondering whether or not if there's a way for you to transfer your data/progression onto another platform, (iPad to PC) or keep them synced so that I can play on both, or i'd have to stay put onto one specific platform.

    Since ESL is account based, and you use the same account for all platforms (usually) your progression will be shared across platforms.

    Yeah just create a Bethesda.net account and your progress should carry across
