NB Nerf? Cost of Casting Cloak

Cast cloak at 100% magicka - down to 88%

Aside from the fact it costs me so much (it's my build), why is it costing me 6% more after several attempts?
Was this a hidden nerf or am I missing another logical reason? Thanks.

Urza1234✭✭✭✭My guess is that what you are seeing is the tickrate of magicka regen.
When you see your magicka go from 100% -> 88% what you are really seeing is your magicka going from 100% -> 82% and immediately regenerating that 6%.

i'm not able to cast it 3 times, now only 2.
i thought i was the only one. and i thought maybe i was mistaken. but this thread makes me rethink, that a hidden nerf did happen.1 -
