Is the Golden's loot table broken?

Currently there are four ways to get gold jewelry: Vet Trials, which reward from 26 sets; PVP Leaderboards, which reward from 6 sets; IC boxes, which reward from 10 sets; and the Golden, which rewards from an unknown number of sets. A brief look at the Golden's history would suggest that she sells from dungeon and overland sets, of which there are 120 eligible sets. However, a closer look will show that over the 27 weekends she has appeared since One Tamriel, with a total of 54 possible jewelry drops, the Golden has only sold from 21 sets. Sets which have always been in the game: none of the 30 sets introduced in One Tamriel, nor the 20 sets from DLCs, have ever appeared in the Golden's wares, despite DLC monster set pieces appearing.

My question is then this: Is this the intended behavior of the Golden? Is it simply coincidence that some sets have appeared so often? Or is there something wrong with her loot table?

Minor note: You can also get legendary jewelry from leaderboards for trials, but its the same sets as you would get for running the trials.

Broken or not, it needs to be looked at. I don't want to see rubbish that appeared the other month while other things have yet to appear at all.

Before one Tamriel did the Golden sell jewelry sets from DLC dungeons? White Gold Tower and Imperial Prison. Was the vendor around before than? I've seen several repeats of jewelry so maybe the Golden loot table is selective.

The golden is honestly an outdated system, set in place before one tamriel when specific helms and shoulders were much harder to get.

Also the stat increase from purple to gold is so trivial that it barley makes sense now.

I'd like to see the concept expanded, maybe work with weapon drops that currently are such a pain to get.

But to your question Op, I have no idea nor I care much about, sorry.

I think the Golden is only selling old BOE sets from trials that became BOP. Viper, Ebon, Worm, Dragonguard, Necropotence all droped from trials and went BoP.

It would be nice if they could have something from each.magica stam and tanking every week. And more variety. .seems the same stuff drops all the time.

Hmm...she started out selling only monster helms and the Rewards for the Worthy sets, then around August last year sold items from Succession, Winterborn, Glory, Para Bellum and Permafrost for a few months, which are BOP sets.

Then at the end of October the loot table seemed to change and began listing some BOE overland sets (Red Mountain, Necropotence, Dragonguard, Senche, Storm Knight etc) as well as some BOP sets from dungeons (Viper, Dreugh King Slayer, Worm Cult, Nikulas, Ice Furnace).

There does seem to be a lot of repetition, and so far I believe it's only older sets. Hopefully at some point we get the option to buy sets like Burning Spellweave, Rattlecage, Draugr Hulk, Leviathan, Automaton, Bone Pirate, Wise Mage, etc and gold jewelry from the overland sets

It can not be RNG, I think ZOS has not added any One Tamerial or DLC set jewlery to golden.
