Royal Revelry Bug

Hello, I play on the PS Pro and I'm trying to complete the quest "Royal Revelry" but when trying to complete the quest by speaking to Jester King Emeric...I can't. The NPC's have all disappeared. I've tried using /reloadUI, Relogging, closing the application and switching wayshrines. Is anyone else experiencing this problem?

✭✭✭✭✭This was a timed event which ended on Tuesday this week so the NPC's have all been removed until the next festival (probably about the same time next year).
Sorry to say you won't be able to complete the quest and will have to either abandon it or wait until the event comes around again.@Turelus - EU PC Megaserver

You can enjoy the current anniversary event though, double XP cake and gift boxes from any daily repeatable quests. Ends April 18th.
