Cant move or attack in some fights, what's going on?

This bug seriously needs to be addressed, it's been how long now.. I just re-activated my sub and it's STILL there after like how many months...

Today again. Sometimes I can do everything but no moving is possible. This is no stun or debuff. Sometimes its infight some seconds and sometimes some seconds after a fight. Please fix this!

But one thing is certain (for me). It has something to do with melee fighting. I never had this bug while casting spells over range. This happened to me only, since I'm fighting melee dual wield with my sorcerer. ^^

At this point I'm starting to think it's a hack. I only experience this in PVP when an enemy player gets within striking range of me.

I hve this problem too much. This time I was doing the jester festival quest in Daggerfall it reloaded me into the zone and I couldn't move. I have to restart the game. Xbox one. NA

Some enemies that you fight will cast a type of spell on you and you can't move, It's sort of similar to have frost weapons used against you. It's rather irritating, isn't it.
