Dress like a Breton, behave like a Scholar. Now that Jester’s Day is over, it’s time to embrace a more cautious approach to life. Check out our new Crown Store offerings.

The Scholar

Ever notice how everyone in Tamriel keeps a journal? Now you can show the world that you're making your own scholarly record of your adventures and the deeds of those around you. Perhaps the pen is mightier than the sword.

The Scholar personality is now available on all platforms for 500 crowns.

High Rock Pioneer Outfit

"Even a rugged pioneer of the borderlands can show some distinctive Breton style," says Lady Eloisse, lead fashion designer of House Manteau. "Our traditional linen shirt is stylish, durable, and suitable for any occasion!"

The High Rock Pioneer Outfit costume is now available on all platforms for 500 crowns.

Soiree in Camlorn Evening Suit

Lady Eloisse says, "The highborn Breton prefers clothing that is elegant but austere, harkening back to the High Rock tradition of knightly orders, militant but chivalrous. This trim doublet looks sharp whether you’re a Sir or a Dame. Bright metallic points highlight the buckles and trim."

The Soiree in Camlorn Evening Suit costume is now available on all platforms for 700 crowns.

I'll just say, it is awesome that you guys put a walk/jog/run preview for the personalities. Thank you very much.

Also, love the new additions. The Scholar personality is nice for people who always have their noses stuck in a book, I can definitely relate.
Just so that everyone knows, my Altmer still can't have black hair. About a dozen of Altmer NPCs in the game have black hair. Just saying.

    Meet my characters:
    Spoiler
    Command: Do the thing.

Zadarri, Khajiit Fist of Thalmor: The thing was done, as commanded.
Durza gra-Maghul, Orc blacksmith: The thing was done perfectly, in the most efficient way.
Tegwen, Bosmer troublemaker: You can't prove I didn't do the thing.
Sings-Many-Songs, Argonian fisher: Sure, I'll do the thing... Eventually. Maybe.
Aerindel, Altmer stormcaller: After extensive research, I've come to the conclusion that doing the thing would be a waste of resources.
Liliel, Dunmer pyromancer: Aerindel said I shouldn't do the thing. Something about "resources".
Gyda Snowcaller, Nord cryomancer: I will find a way to do it that won't waste resources and make Aerindel proud of me.
Beatrice Leoriane, Breton vampire: I persuaded someone else into doing the thing. You are welcome, dear.
Sahima, Redguard performer: Doing the thing sounds awfully unpleasant and really not my problem.
Ellaria Valerius, Imperial priestess: I'll pray to the Eight for the thing to be done, if it is Their will.

I can't try this by myself at the moment because I'm at work but - out of curiosity - does the scholar personality affect the way you move (run/walk etc.)? Or does it change only the idle animation (holding the book) like e.g. commander personality?

Yes, your character won't put their book and the quill down for running/walking :P

Are these timed releases? How long will they be in the crown store?

Unless they state otherwise, they are in the store indefinitely.

Anyone else think that the "male" costumes make the females look extra busty?

My girl's are modest but as soon as I gave my main the Soiree in Camlorn Evening Suit her chest suddenly enlarged.

It's incredibly off putting. I can't even hide it with dye's. It's like she tapped 2 watermelons there.

Yeah. Rather unfortunate that they exaggerated the females. I'd buy this if I could use it on both.
