Questions about Guild Banks and Master Crafting Writs

Hello, I need help with some info about guild banks and master crafting motifs.
About the guild banks, assuming I create my own guild and reach the required amount of account to unlock the guild bank, can I be able to store my own bound items? Maybe guild trader owners can give me some light about this.
The second question is about the master crafting writs and their mechanics. Usually, I get some writs that gives you about 2-5 vouchers but wanted to know how I can increase the odds to receive better ones (I saw several ones in zone chat that gives about 40 up to 240 vouchers). Also, is there any benefit to have several alts with the same motif learned? With the anniversary event giving several rare motifs I wanna know if is worth to learn the same motif in my alts other than my main master crafter.

✭✭✭✭✭You can't store bound items in the guild bank, unfortunately. You can store bound items in your personal bank, however.
Master writ drops are by character. So, learning the same motif on multiple characters can positively influence the master writ drop on each character ... when knowledge of the full book is complete.
For equipment crafting writs, your odds improve in the following three (3) ways:
1. Traits researched up to all 9 traits on all gear pieces.
2. Full motif books learned (except for the generic blue Alliance motifs and crown store exclusive motifs).
3. Achievements cleared on the craft.
For consumable crafting writs, it's a bit easier ... though the master writ voucher rewards are lower also:
1. Provisioning recipes learned (provisioning only)
2. Achievements cleared on provisioning, alchemy, and enchanting (don't forget to research the prismatic essence rune for enchanting).

✭TBH OP I get a ton of master writs on characters with no motifs other than the x4 basic epic racial ones so the motifs do not impact it by much tbh.
