I am kind of hoping the sustain changes will force the people who play the 35k hp healbot to give up more magicka/spell damage reducing their heals.
Plus the crit heal hp changes will mean their heals wont be as good.
But these changes will hurt small scalers/ solo players more, most zergings don't care about damage or sustain because why do either matter when most of your fights are Xv1.
They usually half like half the average damage of that build in exchange for 30-40k hp, it doesn't matter to them because they always have numbers advantage.

No, it's going to make it worse—a lot worse. Sure, this kills blazing shields—but healplars? LOL. You're going to be doing even less damage to them now, and they're going to be just as tanky.
If you're a solo player, and you're forced into a situation where you have to build more sustain and lose out on damage—you get into a situation where if you have enough damage to kill someone, you don't have the sustain—and if you have the sustain, you don't have the damage. The easiest solution is just play a gankblade solo.
